Headquartered in Houston, the firm was founded and is led by Jayanta (Jay) Sinha, an accomplished industry leader with more than 35 years of senior executive experience spanning the energy value chain.

Mr. Sinha brings deep expertise across mergers and acquisitions, technical due diligence, financial modeling, off-take agreements, project development, procurement, commercial contracting, and capital planning. Throughout his career, he has advised and led complex strategic initiatives involving large-scale energy, infrastructure, and investments.

Over the past decade, Mr. Sinha has focused extensively on mergers and acquisitions, capacity expansion of chemical facilities, greenfield project development, and commercialization of infrastructure assets. He has held key leadership roles as Project and Capital Program Director, working closely with private equity-backed investments to drive growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation. His experience spans North America, Europe, and Asia.

Previously, Mr. Sinha served as President of GAIL Global USA Inc., where he established and led the U.S. operations of India’s leading natural gas company, GAIL (India) Limited. In this role, he spearheaded strategic initiatives in North American shale gas opportunities, global LNG supply and pricing, and long-term LNG off-take arrangements between the United States and India.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Sinha played a pivotal role in the feasibility assessment, development, and commercialization of major midstream and downstream energy assets. His experience includes large-scale petrochemical projects, natural gas and LNG marketing, hydrocarbon commercialization, and strategic LNG sourcing, with extensive leadership experience built over two decades in India’s energy sector.

Mr. Sinha holds an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering, a graduate degree in Operations Research, and a Master of Business Administration.
